PROGRAM

​

 1st DAY Arrival at the airport in Palermo. Meeting with tour leader/interpreter. Transfer to the hotel (included in optional transportation service) in Palermo / surroundings, accommodation in rooms, dinner and overnight.

2nd DAY Breakfast in hotel and departure for a panoramic tour (included in optional transportation service) of the Sicilian state capital. Guided tour of the biggest monuments in the city: the Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, the Cathedral, the Normans’ Palace with the wonderful Palatine Chapel. Return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon we will reach the spectacular cliff of Mount Pellegrino to admire Mondello and the whole Conca d’Oro. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

 

3rd DAY Breakfast at the hotel and departure (included in optional transportation service) for Monreale to admire the beauties of the town nearby the capital with its truly enchanting treasures, like the Duomo and the Benedectine Convent’s Cloister. Return to Palermo in hotel for lunch in restaurant. In the afternoon, free time at your disposal for shopping and personal insights along the most beautiful streets in Palermo. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

4th DAY Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Trapani (included in optional transportation service). Visit to the historic centre of this harbour city and the spectacular Salt mines. Compatibly with the ferries’ timetables, chance to make a marine excursion to Favignana, a splendid island of the Egadi archipelago. Lunch in a 18th century Mill that houses the Salt Museum too. In the afternoon, departure for the nearby Erice, a medieval town that collects all the charm of its history in the muffled atmosphere of the narrow and cobbled streets. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

5th DAY Breakfast in hotel. Departure.

• Supplement per person for transportation by GT car/minivan/minibus/bus with driver available (max 9 hours per day) as scheduled from € 150,00 (a minimum of 15 people paying) to € 250,00 for person with a minimum of 2 participants

• Supplement per person per night with single room accommodation: € 25,00

• Supplement per person for a maritime excursion in Favignana: € 29,00

• 10 % discount for 3rd person with triple room accommodation

• 20 % discount for 4th person with quadruple room accommodation
